Questions on how to make a return
It is a pity that you want to return the service you have bought, as customers are usually satisfied.
But if for some reason you want to return what you have bought, you can return it during the 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (provided it has not been used)
Legally, this is known as the "Right of withdrawal" and on this page you can find detailed information about the return conditions.
Therefore, in order to return a service purchased on Marinalia, you should read the return conditions and, if you meet the requirements, fill in this form:
If you want to make a return within 14 days of purchase, (provided the user has not reserved the date of the activity) a management fee of €1 will be applied for each person in the same reservation.
In case it has happened more than 15 days from the day of purchase no refunds are allowed. Only exchanges are accepted.
In the event that the Supplier no longer performs the service on a permanent or prolonged basis, the user shall be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, or to an exchange.
In the event that the Supplier does not have availability on the contracted date (already confirmed to the user by Marinalia), the User will be offered an alternative date or a change of activity. If the User declines the change, the reservation will be canceled and the amount will be immediately refunded to the User.
In the event that the Supplier does not have availability on the date desired by the user (and the user has not previously asked Marinalia for availability on the desired date)., the User will be offered an alternative date or a change of activity. If the change is rejected, the reservation will be canceled and a €1 processing fee will be charged for each person on the same reservation.
In the event that the weather does not allow the activity to take place, the user may change the date of the activity to another agreed date or request a full refund of the activity. The decision to start or continue the activity as normal is the sole responsibility of the technicians of the company carrying out the activity.
In the if the user is not able to change the date, a full refund for the activity will be made.
No refunds are allowed for COVID, only date and/or activity changes are allowed.
Cancellations and Refunds Spa, Wine Tourism, Getaways.
In case you have purchased any activity, getaway, spa, massage, tastings.... and also the USER has booked the activity date can withdraw from the contracted services and depending on how early the cancellation takes place, you are entitled to the following refund*:
- Up to 5 days before activity: return of 100%
- Within 4 days prior to the experience: return 0%
Cancellations and Refunds on organised excursions
In case you have purchased any tour in the "Adventure Sports" category whether it be boat trips, water activities, motor activities, multi-adventure or aerial activities, and in addition the USER has booked the activity date can withdraw from the contracted services and depending on how early the cancellation takes place, you are entitled to the following refund*:
- Up to 7 days before activity: return of 90%
- Up to 5 days before departure: 65% refund
- Up to 24 hours prior to departure: refund of 40%
- Within 24 hours prior to departure: refund 0
Failure to report to the scheduled time of departure, the consumer shall not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
In the event that the user has booked the date of the activity and the provider cancels the trip for any reason not attributable to the user, the user shall have the right to reimbursement of the amounts paid, or to travel on another day.
Yes, you can cancel the activity but you will not be able to ask for a refund, as in these excursions the refund has to be requested within 48 hours of the day of booking the activity.
When you make the purchase you have the right to book the activity on the day of your choice (depending on the availability of the company carrying out the activity).
In the event that the company cancels the first booking due to force majeure, a new booking date can be agreed with the company carrying out the activity.
There shall be no obligation to compensate the consumer where the cancellation of the excursion is due to reasons of force majeure, meaning circumstances beyond the company's control (including weather conditions), the consequences of which could not have been avoided despite due diligence. In this case, you will receive a voucher for the same amount paid, to be redeemed at another date during the season, or a refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations for boat rentals, hen and stag parties and/or private events
When the cancellation or cancellation of the activity is due to the client's will, the cancellation fees will depend on how far in advance notice of cancellation is given.
- Cancellations made more than 21 days in advance will be charged €1 per person for the same reservation.
- Cancellations up to 14 days before departure: 65% refund of the total

Return after the activity or hen and stag parties
Once the contracted activity or service has been carried out, you will not be able to demand any claim or compensation, as the moment you agree to carry out the activity you demonstrate your agreement with the service and the activity, exempting you from the right to a refund.
