- Tasks to be performed:
- Customer service by phone, whatsapp and mail.
- Incident management with both customers and suppliers.
- Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service positions by telephone and telematic tools.
- Experience in online sales platform and/or online sales through other platforms.
- Resolute and organisational skills, with a high capacity to offer solutions by telephone and mail.
- Communication skills, both on the phone and in writing emails.
- Initiative, willingness, proactivity and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in the Office package
- Compulsory languages:
- Bilingual Spanish
- English minimum level B2
- Would be an asset:
- Microsoft 365 environment management
- Experience in the use of management tools
- Management experience in telemarketing company
- Salary to be determined according to experience
- Work in a multidisciplinary team and in a benchmark project in your sector.
