We recommend that you make a reservation as soon as you know you want to do the activity, as many of them are very limited in number and sell out quickly, especially at aquatic activities

We can confirm availability over the phone, but for security and data protection reasons, you must pay for your booking yourself online.

It is necessary to pay the total amount on the website for the booking to be confirmed. When you make the payment on the website and call to confirm the date and time, the booking will be confirmed.

We always try to offer the best guaranteed minimum price for each activity, so we do not offer discounts for booking multiple services. We do not have any kind of discount code either.

Even if you use your email, your Marinalia account, or even your bank card to make the booking, you must indicate the details of the person who is going to enjoy the tourist service.

Questions on Availability Date

The best way to know the availability of an activity is to contact us either by email at [email protected] or by calling our customer service number 96 574 00 36 or by whatsapp at 694 46 71 26.

If you want to do the activity on a specific day and you only have that date available to do it, we recommend that before making the payment, you call us to check availability.

If you have made the payment and when you call there is no availability, you can reschedule for another day, change the type of activity or request a refund.

Questions on Activities

In the event that the weather does not permit an activity at sea, the user may change the date of the activity to another date. The decision to start or continue the activity at sea is the sole responsibility of the technicians of the company carrying out the activity.

You will receive the meeting point by e-mail in the PDF voucher "Proof of purchase" when you pay on the website. You can also call the booking telephone number (which you will receive by SMS and in the PDF voucher) to confirm the meeting point.

Regular activities always start on time and it is not possible to change the starting time.
In case you are going to be late, you can contact the local provider on the phone number on your confirmation voucher.

Questions on How to Give

You should know that at the moment you make the reservation, if you want it to be a surprise, the phone number and e-mail we recommend you to put yoursAs soon as you make the payment, you will receive an SMS with a summary of the purchase and an e-mail with the gift voucher, so if you want to keep the surprise until the last moment, we recommend that you include the name and surname of the person you are going to give it to, but your telephone number and e-mail address.

You will receive an e-mail called "Proof of Purchase" with an attached PDF that you can use as a Gift Voucher. You can print it out and give it as a gift. It does not show the price.

Questions on Payments and Returns

If your bank has charged you the amount, you may have received an email in your SPAM folder called "Proof of purchase". Check it, and if you have not received it, you can contact us to check if the email you have indicated is incorrect or if there is an error.

It is necessary to pay the total amount on the website for the booking to be confirmed. When you make the payment on the website and call to confirm the date and time, the booking will be confirmed.

If you want to make a reservation, you must make it directly on our website by bank card, bizum or paypal. It is not possible to pay in cash.

You will be charged at the time of booking on the website.

You can request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. You can consult here the conditions of return

The refund will be made immediately upon request. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been made.

The refund is made to the same payment method you used to make the booking and depending on the bank it may take between 3 and 5 working days for the refund to be reflected.

If you are unable to do the activity on another day, you can either change it for another activity or request a refund through the following form contact form.

Marinalia is a technological tool whose purpose is to improve the capacity of the tourism sector in the distribution and marketing of its entire complementary offer.

4. Download the attached file. Save it or print it to present it as proof of purchase when you go to enjoy the activity.

You have 3 months from the day of purchase to perform/use the purchased service.

Marinalia.co.uk currently accepts the following payment methods:

The period of validity of the activities for sale is 3 months, i.e. the user has 3 months from the day of purchase to carry out the activity.

When you buy your service you will see its period of validity (in the Conditions section), likewise in the voucher that you receive in your email so that you can print it or save it on your device also appears the end date to enjoy your plan, so you can enjoy it as long as it is within its period of validity, outside this period, not.
