1. The Puig Campana
Puig Campana is considered by many hikers to be the most fascinating mountain on the Costa Blanca (Alicante). Its summit is at 1410 metres, being the second highest mountain after the Sierra de Aitana.

Puig Campana is located in Finestrat (next to Benidorm) and is one of the most legendary hiking routes in the province of Alicante.

The circular route of the Puig Campana has a duration of 5 to 6 hours.

2. The Serra de Bernia
Located between the Marina Alta (Benissa, Calpe, Alcalalí and Jalón) and Marina Baja (Altea, Callosa de Ensarriá and Tárbena) regions. Its summit is 1128 metres above sea level.
On this hiking route you will find after 1 hour of ascent the so called "Forat de Bernia"This is an incredible natural tunnel that you have to go through crouching down and where there are privileged views of the coast of Altea that are worth admiring. The hiking route through the Sierra de Bernia has a duration of approximately 3h 28min.

3. The Montgó
It is a natural park which separates Denia and Javea (Alicante). Its maximum altitude is 753 metres, very easy for experienced hikers. The Montgó hiking route usually lasts about 5 hours and is approximately 16 kilometres long.
Here we propose 6 routes in the Montgó Natural Park. If you visit Denia or Jávea, and you are passionate about hiking, don't miss the spectacular hiking routes on the Costa Blanca such as the Cova Tallada and Torre del Gerro (in the Montgó).

4. The Serra d'Aitana
Located in the Marina Baja region, there is an interesting circular hiking route in the Sierra Aitana mountain range at an altitude of 1,558 metres.

From the top the views are incredible. To the east the whole coast of Alicante, to the north the valley of Guadalest with its impressive mountains and to the west Alcoy with the Font Roja and the Sierra Mariola.
The distance of this route is about 18km round trip and can be done in about 5 to 6 hours.
5. Serra Gelada or Sierra Helada
It is a beautiful Natural Park in Alfaz del Pí, which separates Benidorm from Altea.
There is a low difficulty route The route starts at the car park of the Sierra Helada Natural Park and goes to the Albir Lighthouse. There are tables and benches where you can have lunch or a snack while admiring the beauty of the Mediterranean.

The hiking route through the Serra Gelada of high difficulty is about 11 kilometres long and there are steep ascents and descents. The highest point, 435 metres above sea level, is where some antennas are located, from where you can see the Puig Campana, the Sierra de Bernia and the Peñon de Ifach. This highest point is known as the Alt del gobernador.
