Alejandro genial la verdad que nos informaron en todo momento tanto de la conducci\u00f3n del kayak como del paisaje y sus curiosidades que envuelven el Cabo de Gata, luego nos dejaron unas gafas para poder practicar snorkel y disfrutamos mucho. Cuando terminamos nos ofrecieron unos refrescos que pusieron la guinda al pastel. Los guias estuvieron pendientes a pesar de que salieron varias empresas al tiempo y nos juntamos un mont\u00f3n de gente a la vez. Al final de la ruta se hizo bastante cansado ya que nos pill\u00f3 bastante oleaje a la ida y no fue hasta que volvimos cuando ya llevar\u00edamos 2h y pico remando cuando paramos en una peque\u00f1a playa a ba\u00f1arnos y hacer snorkel. Tambi\u00e9n nos hab\u00edan indicado que daban bebidas, antes de empezar lo que nos dieron fue una botella de agua caliente, lo que no nos pareci\u00f3 normal ya que no llev\u00e1bamos nada m\u00e1s. Cuando acabamos la ruta ya fuera si nos ofrecieron una bebida fr\u00eda. Al final fuimos con bastante viento y el consiguiente oleaje, lo cual, para una iniciaci\u00f3n, era bastante inc\u00f3modo. Por otra parte, y esto es lo m\u00e1s grave, su p\u00e1gina web promet\u00eda cosas que no se cumplieron. A saber:- \u201cSeguro de Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro de Accidentes\u201d. Tenemos nuestras dudas, porque la reserva fue telef\u00f3nica y no nos cogieron m\u00e1s datos que el nombre de qui\u00e9n llam\u00f3. Al pagar no nos dieron ning\u00fan resguardo, por lo que no acabamos de entender c\u00f3mo podr\u00eda habernos cubierto un seguro.- \u201cKayak doble o individual, pala, chaleco salvavidas, respaldo y bid\u00f3n estanco\u201d. Nada de bid\u00f3n estanco (lo que quieras llevar lo llevas sobre el kayak).- \u201cEquipo para realizar snorkel: gafas, tubo y gu\u00eda interpretativa\u201d. Nada de gu\u00eda interpretativa, y sobre el equipo de snorkel, por tel\u00e9fono nos dijeron que nos dejaban s\u00f3lo unas gafas, siendo nosotros varias personas.- \u201cAgua, refresco y frutos secos para aporte cal\u00f3rico\u201d. Mentira.- \u201cParada para hacer snorkling (buceo)\u201d. Hicimos una parada breve y no nos dijeron nada sobre snorkel, ninguna informaci\u00f3n, ninguna recomendaci\u00f3n. Se echaron sus cigarros y volvimos.- \u201cEmbarcaci\u00f3n a motor auxiliar de apoyo\u201d. Mentira (lo cual es grave).- \u201cIVA incluido en el precio\u201d: dudas sobre la transparencia del pago, que fue en mano y sin ning\u00fan ticket.Bonus: al acabar nos dijeron que nos pasar\u00edan por Whatsapp fotos que nos hab\u00edan hecho durante la ruta. Tuvimos que insistirles varias veces para que nos las pasaran, cosa que no lleg\u00f3 a suceder, porque acabamos tirando la toalla. El resultado es que ahora unos desconocidos tienen fotos de nosotros que ni siquiera nosotros tenemos.
