J\u00e1vea's Cala Pope is a small old cove located below the cliffs of the Cabo de San Antonio area. You may have heard of the Cala del Pope and surely good things, and this is normal because for a long time, even for generations, this cove was quite an emblematic place for the inhabitants of J\u00e1vea. Here you could enjoy crystal clear and calm waters and in fact it was one of the most charming places in the whole Valencian Community.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

And if you wonder why we are talking in the past tense, it is because unfortunately the Cala del Pope has already disappeared due to the force of nature, which has made it disappear. If you try to visit it you will no longer find a place for bathing, but only the rocky part and a significant danger of landslides.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

At the moment there is only a lookout point with ropes at the foot of the Tang\u00f3 Restaurant, from which you can enjoy beautiful views, but the lookout point itself is neglected.
